Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

Returns are only accepted for defective product. Customer Service must be notified of defective product with 12 hours of receipt of merchandise. A refund will only be issued after product has been shipped back to our headquarters and received by our shipping department. Merchandise must be unworn, original tags attached and in original packaging when applicable.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day of notification.  Please allow 2 business days for refunds to post to your account.

Exchanges are authorized for size swaps only. Exchanges will be sent out after we have received the original merchandise back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be unworn, original tags attached and in original packaging when applicable.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.


Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped USPS. Shipping within the U.S. is $5.50. International shipping is $12.50.

Please allow 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow additional 7-10 business days for delivery. International shipments, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Customs fee are not included in shipping costs and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims are with USPS.

A delivery confirmation number is provided once an order is verify, processed and submitted to USPS. Delivery confirmation numbers are NOT tracking numbers. They simply notify you when a package has been received by USPS and when the package is delivered to your shipping address.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.


Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged to all orders shipping with the state of Indiana. All orders shipping to an Indiana address are subject to a 7% sales tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside Indiana, are not subject to sales tax. All in-store purchases are subject to a 7% sales tax fee.
